This new custom-made Stormtrooper Armour Costume is a superb example of craftsmanship. The Stormtrooper Armour is made from a quality 2.5mm high gloss white plastic that has been trimmed with clean edges and professionally strapped by our experts at The Stormtrooper Shop in London, UK. The replica Stormtrooper Helmet looks the same as the one worn in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.
Our Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are customised to fit three sizes:
1. Reduced Size is customised to fit a male or female from height 5' 2" (1.58) to 5' 7" (1.70).
2. Standard Size is customised to fit a male or female whose height is between 5' 8" (1.73) and 6' 6" (1.98) with an average body shape.
3. Extra Large is customised to fit a male or female with a larger than average body shape and whose height is between 5' 8" (1.73) and 6' 6" (1.98). (See our Size Charts).
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are customized for each individual customer and we endeavour to dispatch orders within 10 – 14 working days, unless we give notice of an earlier or later shipping time. However, all orders will be shipped from our depot within 30-days of placing an order.
Stormtrooper Armour Costume parts and Hook-and-Loop are guaranteed for one year if used and stored as recommended. Stormtrooper Armour Costume plastic is NOT scratch proof and costume parts should always be looked after carefully. We provide a full backup advice service for all our customers and we have a full range of Stormtrooper Armour Costume replacement parts and accessories available to purchase online and from our walk-in store in London.
Right to cancel
Cancellations will be accepted by EMAIL up to 7-days after the date of placing an order and a full refund will be made to the purchaser.
If you have changed your mind about purchasing a Stormtrooper Armour Costume after the 7-day cancellation period has expired – you should inform us by EMAIL. Do not sign for the delivery and it will be returned to us. When we receive the returned package we will process your refund.
Our Returns Policy
It is important to The Stormtrooper Shop that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by email or phone, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Many problems can be resolved on the telephone and most sizing issues can be resolved by changing individual parts rather than the complete suit.
Our Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are customised to meet the needs of each customer and are not covered by normal 'Distance Selling Rules'.
We do not refund shipping postage and packaging charges including any additional costs involved in the return of an undelivered Stormtrooper Armour Costume package.
Non-refundable Stormtrooper accessories
All goods being returned to the UK should be shipped using the most economical, SIGNED FOR method of shipping and should not include First Class or Express shipping services.
We will only accept Stormtrooper Armour Costumes that have been returned in perfect condition and in the original packing and wrapping, and marked 'RETURNED GOODS'. When we receive the returned package we will process a replacement or refund within 7 -14 days.
Please Note: All new Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are shipped with the manufacturer's protective wrapping on the armour parts and we add further bubble wrap protection for shipping.
When a new Stormtrooper Armour Costume has been removed from the original packaging and unwrapped it will be reclassified as a used product and we will not accept the return of this product.
In the event we receive a returned Stormtrooper Armour Costume which has been removed from the delivery carton and the manufacturer's protective wrapping and bubble wrap and have been wholly or partially removed we will Quality Control check each armour part and we will charge for those parts which have been scratched or damaged and have to be replaced with new Stormtrooper Armour Costume parts.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are paid for by the purchaser and they vary according to the delivery destination. Stormtrooper Armour Costumes are professionally packed in double lined cardboard boxes suitable for purpose, the dimensions are 24" x 18" x 18" (60cm x 45cm x 45cm) and average weight is 9.8 kilos. The delivery costs are clearly displayed during the online purchasing process and are available on request from Stormtrooper Shop.
Damaged in Transit
If a Stormtrooper Armour Costume consignment is delivered in a seriously damaged condition, this must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately and a request made for a DAMAGE REPORT from the carrier company. The Stormtrooper Shop must be informed within 48 hours. Do not open the damaged carton as we only accept a returned Stormtrooper Armour Costume in the original, sealed carton we shipped to the buyer. Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at our expense. The recipient should provide us with a photo of the damaged carton.
In the event a Stormtrooper Armour Costume has to be returned by the buyer, we will only accept a returned Stormtrooper Armour Costume in the original, sealed carton we shipped to buyer. All returned Stormtrooper Armour Costumes must:
- Include the buyer's name, address, and order ID Number
- Be accompanied by the appropriate customs shipping documents for 'Returned Goods'
- Be marked as 'Returned Goods'.
All goods being returned to the UK should be shipped using the most economical, SIGNED FOR method of shipping and should not include First Class or Express shipping services.
Orders dispatched overseas outside the EU
If you are ordering a Stormtrooper Armour Costume from a non-EU country, any import duties and taxes imposed by overseas Customs and Governments are not included in our published prices and the purchaser is responsible for paying these charges if requested to do so by the country's Customs.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any breach of contract due to any matter or thing beyond our control (including, but not limited to, transport stoppages or difficulties, postal or supplier delays, machinery or equipment failure or malfunction, fire, flood, acts of God, strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, wars, riots or civil commotions, explosions or accidents).
